• Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
• Relevant details: token name, network, tx hash, last 4 of wallet address

Never share your seed phrase, private keys, or full API keys with anyone. We will never ask for them.

Optional quick checks (may resolve fast)

• Update Sahal Wallet to the latest version
• Check your network selection and gas/fees
• Try again on a stable internet connection
• Reopen the app and retry the action
