Importing a wallet to Sahal
This guide helps you import an existing wallet into Sahal in a few quick steps.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Make sure you’re on the official Sahal app (App Store or Google Play).
- Have your 12- or 24-word recovery phrase ready (in the correct order).
How to import your wallet?
Section titled “How to import your wallet?”- Open the Sahal app on your phone and on the home screen, tap on the Migrate to Sahal option.
- Enter your 12 or 24 words in order (one space between words).
- Tap Import.
Your wallet will appear in Sahal, and you’ll see your funds.
If you want to import more than one wallet, follow the same steps.
Things to note

- Set a wallet name to tell them apart, if you have more than one wallet.
Facing issues?
Section titled “Facing issues?”- Invalid phrase: Check word order, spelling, and count (12 or 24). Remove extra spaces or line breaks.
- Balances not showing: Switch wallets, then close and reopen the app. If it still doesn’t show, contact us.
- Still stuck? Contact support.
Safety reminders
Section titled “Safety reminders”- Never share or type your secret phrase into websites, dapps, or messages.
- Store your phrase offline (paper or hardware).
- Enable biometrics/passcode unlock for an added layer of security.
- Only download Sahal from official store links.
