Recover your wallet
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- You must have your 12 or 24 word recovery phrase in the correct order.
Without your recovery phrase, your wallet cannot be recovered. Sahal cannot see, store, or restore it for you. - The official Sahal app from the App Store or Google Play.
Recover on a new phone
Section titled “Recover on a new phone”- Install Sahal from the official store.
- Open the app and choose Migrate → Import wallet.
- Enter your 12 or 24 words in order, one space between words.
- Tap Import and wait a moment.
- Your wallet will appear and your funds will load.
Recover on your current phone
Section titled “Recover on your current phone”- Open Sahal.
- On the home screen, tap Migrate → Import wallet.
- Enter your 12 or 24 words in order → Import.
- The imported wallet will show separately. It does not merge with existing wallets.
After recovery
Section titled “After recovery”- Name your wallet to tell it apart.
- Turn on biometric or passcode unlock.
- If a token is missing, switch to the correct network, then reopen the app.
Quick safety checklist
Section titled “Quick safety checklist”- ✅ Keep your recovery phrase offline and private.
- ✅ Never type or paste your phrase into websites, messages, or screenshots.
- ✅ Only download Sahal from the official store links.
