Transfer from an exchange to Sahal
This guide explains how to move your crypto assets from popular exchanges to your Sahal Wallet.
In scope
Section titled “In scope”- Exchanges: Binance, Coinbase, OKX
- Assets: AVAX, BNB, BTC, CRO, ETH, MRHB, OP, POL, SOL, USDC
Get your Sahal receive address
Section titled “Get your Sahal receive address”- Open Wallet → Receive → Choose the token with network.
- You’ll see a QR code and an address.
- Tap the QR to copy the address.
- Save the image if you want to share the QR later.
Safety checklist (do this every time)
Section titled “Safety checklist (do this every time)”- ✅ Match asset and network on both sides.
- ✅ Send a small test first.
- ✅ Check a few first and last characters of the address.
- ✅ Never share your recovery phrase.
- ✅ Only use official app store links.
Transfer assets from Binance to Sahal
Section titled “Transfer assets from Binance to Sahal”- Go to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Select the same asset as in Sahal.
- Paste the Sahal address or scan the QR.
- Choose the same network that matches your Sahal address.
- Enter amount → Withdraw → complete security checks.
- Wait for confirmations, then check Sahal.
Transfer assets from Coinbase to Sahal
Section titled “Transfer assets from Coinbase to Sahal”- Tap Send / Receive → Send.
- Select the same asset as in Sahal.
- Paste the Sahal address or scan the QR.
- If network selection appears, pick the same network as in Sahal.
- Enter amount → Preview send → Send.
- Track status, then check Sahal.
Transfer assets from OKX to Sahal
Section titled “Transfer assets from OKX to Sahal”- Open Assets → Withdraw.
- Choose the same asset as in Sahal.
- Paste the Sahal address or scan the QR.
- Select the same network as in Sahal.
- Enter amount → Submit → pass security checks.
- After confirmations, check Sahal.
Need help?
Section titled “Need help?”- Sent on the wrong network: Stop and contact support; provide the tx hash.
- Deposit stuck: Confirm network status and confirmations on a block explorer; if still stuck, contact support.
- Token not visible: Reopen the app; if it still doesn’t show, contact support.
